Drying process: natural wood always have certain humidity ( 35-45%). The propose of this stage is to increases the strength of wooden, flattens, increase bearing properties, water resistance and various environmental conditions.

  1. JOINTING & STITCHING

 

 

Dry plywood board reaching from 15 (C) degrees back will be choosen with quality AA-grade, then, stitching them by sew machine. Stitching tightly 4 sheets into 1 will create an absolute flat surface for plywood.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. GLUE COATED

 

Plywood sheet surfaces need to be flatted and free of tension in order for ensuring the glue coated evenly and quality of the adhesive on surface.

Dry content and viscosity of glue mixture must be determined strictly to ensure the compliance under the factory’s required specifications.

Surface of plywood sheets  will be thin and flat, needed to be cleaned to avoid dust, grease or glue crumbs before coating surface glue.

 

 

  1. VENEER PREPARATION

 

After being thinned, dried and glue coated, plywood sheets will be sent to plywood preparation line. Two outer layers side will be stripped by AA filling that together sewing, the inside layers are arranged in a staggered interlacing technology, to increase the strength and elasticity.

 

 

  1. COLD PRESSING

 

 

To improve the forming quality and bonding of plywood

 

 

 

 

 

8.QUALITY CONTROL SURFACE 1

 

 

Treating the surface of each reinforcement with the special glue and additives to ensure the flatness of plywood.

 

 

 

  1. HOT PRESSING

 

 

Plywood boards from hot pressing stage must be in moisture content < 10 C degree. Creating the solid and sturdy plywoods with long durability and long usage times.

 

 

 

10. POLISHING SURFACE AND EDGE CUTTING

 

 

Each plywood is put into the line of sanding both sides and two times of rough sanding and fine polishing, then, plywood boards transferred to the automatic cutting stage that followed the customer order’s specification

 

 

 

11. EDGE CUTTING & QUALITY CONTROL SURFACE 2

 

Edges of plywood must be plastered with water-repellent additives to be glossy and close: prevent water from entering the edges.

Refinish the plywood surface with phenolic glue before pressing PSF film.

 

 

  1. FILM COVERED

 

Plywood is covered with PSF file, waterproof, creating the smooth and scratch resistant surface, increasing the usage time and life of plywood

 

 

 

  1. GRINDING AND SIDE PAINTING (WATER PROOF)

  1.  CHECK AND CLASSIFY COMPLETE PLYWOOD ( KCS PROGRESS)
